Good energy from the trainer
I enjoyed the interactivity and the fact that the trainer had a good balance regarding how deep he went into some topics and regarding "feeling the crowd" so to speak. It makes you feel like you are part of the learning program, and not as if you are here just to listen and if you understand, ok, if not, unlucky, no one cares.
