ONAP for Network Orchestration and Automation Training Course
ONAP (Open Networking Automation Platform) is an open-source platform designed for orchestrating and automating physical and virtual network elements. Originating from OpenECOMP and Open-Orchestrator (Open-O), ONAP is managed by The Linux Foundation.
This instructor-led live training, available either online or onsite, guides participants through the process of leveraging ONAP to automate networking services.

OpenStack Bootcamp
28 HoursThis course offers comprehensive training on OpenStack. It begins with an introduction to the system, progresses through hands-on workshops to provide practical knowledge for managing private clouds based on OpenStack, and concludes with topics on troubleshooting and advanced architectural concepts. The primary objective is to familiarize participants with the OpenStack ecosystem and establish a solid foundation for the further expansion and refinement of OpenStack clouds. The curriculum covers all necessary topics to prepare for the OpenStack Administrator Certification exam. Notably, 75% of the course is dedicated to hands-on workshops conducted in a real OpenStack training environment.
OpenStack Bootcamp Extended
35 HoursThis course provides comprehensive training on OpenStack. The extended version of the OpenStack Bootcamp includes additional exercises, troubleshooting scenarios, and sample examination tasks. Extended content is highlighted in bold within the course outline. The curriculum begins with an introduction to the system, proceeds through hands-on workshops to provide practical knowledge on managing OpenStack-based private clouds, and concludes with troubleshooting and advanced architectural topics. The goal of this course is to familiarize participants with the OpenStack ecosystem while establishing a strong foundation for further expansion and refinement of OpenStack clouds. The course covers all topics required to pass the Certificate OpenStack Administrator exam. Seventy-five percent of the course consists of hands-on workshops in a real OpenStack training environment. Upon completion, participants receive all materials and access to the training environment for self-study and further troubleshooting exercises.
Customization options
The full course is designed for a duration of at least 5 days. It can be shortened if certain topics are not relevant to the customer. If participants are beginners to OpenStack (requiring a slower pace), it is recommended to extend the course to 6 days or remove some advanced topics. The course can also be extended by an additional day to cover OVN topics.
OpenStack and NFV (with OVN and OpenFlow)
21 HoursThis training offers an in-depth exploration of OpenStack networking. The curriculum begins with an introduction to OpenStack and its architecture, followed by a detailed examination of core OpenStack projects: the Identity service (Keystone), Image service (Glance), Compute service (Nova), and Block storage (Cinder). This establishes the context for understanding the networking environment within OpenStack, with a primary focus on the Networking project (Neutron). The course describes virtual network infrastructure based on the Open Virtual Network project, utilizing Open vSwitch and OpenFlow. Participants will learn the fundamental operations and architecture of OpenStack, while becoming familiar with the diverse networking technologies that underpin it. Additional insights will be provided regarding OVN, including its underlying flows, resources, and tools.
Customization options
The training can be condensed into a 2-day format, focusing on core aspects relevant to the customer. Alternatively, the training can be expanded to cover administrative, design, networking, and/or troubleshooting topics specific to OpenStack deployments. It is also possible to include coverage of other underlying SDN solutions, such as Linux Bridge or OvS.
P4 Programming
21 HoursThis instructor-led, live training in Italy (online or onsite) is aimed at networking engineers and developers who wish to configure, execute and manage programmable networking resources using P4.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Learn the fundamentals of the P4 language.
- Program network devices.
- Set up a server for traffic management.
