- Defining objectives, indicators, and responsibilities in AI-enabled environments (OKR, KPI)
- Ethics, risk, and governance in organizational AI usage
- Strategies for communicating AI adoption and alleviating team concerns
- Practical exercises to design "Human + AI" governance models
- Creating an action plan for the responsible and sustained adoption of AI
Requirements
- Currently working in an organization that uses or plans to use Artificial Intelligence.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot.
