Course Outline
This programme empowers your team to further enhance their influencing capabilities. It is specifically designed for team members who have already established foundational communication and influencing skills, either through prior development opportunities or formal training.
Requirements
• Participants complete an online, 48-question, 360-degree survey to assess their current influencing behaviors. This process includes self-feedback and input from up to seven colleagues, ensuring non-anonymous responses. • The resulting report is aligned with the Influencing Behaviour Model utilized in the programme and is reviewed during the course.
