Introduction to simple quality tools and methods that aid in identifying risks using available data (utilizing MS EXCEL).
Part 4: Discussion on the Risk Management Process
In-depth exploration of the risk management process and introduction to various risk mitigation mechanisms and approaches. Group activities emphasizing process steps will be incorporated, including:

- Doomsday Clock
- The Investor and the Buyer
- Impact Analysis and Ishikawa Diagram
Part 5: Maintenance of Action and Governance
Special focus on stakeholder management and actionable gateways through daily governance and risk forecasting. This includes background knowledge on fraud identification, data privacy, and protection.
