SAFe® for Teams Training Course
This two-day program is tailored to help teams operating within an Agile Release Train (ART) thrive in an Agile setting by leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will gain the skills to function effectively as Agile Teams, manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and carry out iterations. The training also highlights the importance of understanding the team’s position within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and drive continuous improvement alongside other teams.
The course equips teams to engage in Program Increment (PI) activities, covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a specific emphasis on upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be well-prepared to sit for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Apply SAFe principles to scale Lean and Agile practices throughout the organization.
Comprehend their team’s role within the Agile Release Train and how it supports overall objectives.

Requirements
